2. CBM (Condition Based Maintenance)
1. As per the daily condition monitoring PM activities needs to plan
2. Liquid metal handling crane and hoist’s daily visiting, PM plan and Extra care required
3. Spares management & maintenance.
A. All monorail Hoists and critical spares must one : one maintained
B. In the Workshop all removed Hoists serviced and maintain as a ready spare.
C. Keep one set of spare one to one for contingency .

C. Critical spare & machine list to be follow
D. Every Month breakdown CAPA and Why-Why preparation
E. MOC for new product changes
F. SOP creation for every maintenance activities
G. Hira updation for the maintenance activities
5. Monorail hoist maintenance activities and its TBM & CBM activity
A. Hoist rope replacement as per CBM & TBM
B. MR Hoist I pin & C Cup replacement as per the schedule.
C. All hoist chain replacement as per CBM
6. Shutdown maintenance activities as per PM scheduled plan & adherence
7. Hoist loading & unloading safety provisions creation
8. Unsafe act and Unsafe condition to be make as a safe act improvement projects.
9. Pro-active approach for creating Materials MPR, Service SER and AIP creation & it’s supporting documents updation.
10. Plant Operation MTTR, MTBF & Availability improvement activities knowledge.
11. IATF, EHS and 5S audit support & Load test certificate follow up.
12. Hydraulic and Pneumatic operation and Maintenance Knowledge.
13. Improvement projects, Modification and Upgradation skills required as per the machine or Customer requirements.
14. Team coordination and Team management skills.
